Facilities Division Chief-Facilities Manager

The Facilities Division Chief-Facilities Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the Facilities Division, building operations, and maintenance activities. He/She will plan, coordinate, and supervise facility programs, projects, and all activities pertaining to the maintenance of Town facilities, ensuring the efficient and sustainable operations of facilities and the environmental comfort of their occupants.  This position is responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities, from safety to janitorial maintenance to developing budgets.
